In order to generate buyer leads, we created a Paid Advertising campaign to compete with major sources like Homes.com and Zillow. On average, the lead we were able to generate was ⅓ the cost of leads being sold to them from national sources. Currently we are generating 100 leads minimum per month on average.
In order to generate seller leads, we integrated a Home Evaluation report and ran paid advertising to it along with organic site traffic. Currently we are generating 100 leads minimum per month on average.
MLS Subscription Leads
By incorporating all listings in Maricopa County we were able to help index over 10,000 pages on the site. With this also comes the ability for people to create membership accounts to save, like, share and comment on listings they are interested in, helping increase the time on the site and overall user experience.
Content Marketing Platform
In the most competitive online market, Century 21 Northwest Realty and Striventa have been able to partner and create compelling content driven at educating people in the real estate market. Additionally, Century 21 Northwest Realty has grown from 35 agents to over 125 agents and they use the content from the brokerage to also help empower their marketing and sales efforts.
